All the properties have a main double bedroom and 2 single rooms, 2 Bathrooms, possibility of attic rooms to be made.
The townhouses are traditional, strong, clean and are in very good condition. They could be rented out straightaway or reformed if desired; but they already include new flooring, new windows, newly wired, new kitchens and new bathrooms.
To open as a Bandamp;B just for the summer months is a great idea. Tabarca is the
smallest permanently inhabited island in Spain and it is currently known for its marine reserve. Tourism is the main economical activity here, especially during the summer. There are several boats connecting Tabarca with Alicante, Santa Pola, Benidorm and Torrevieja, with higher frequencies during summer time.
Hundreds of people visit Tabarca everyday to walk and relax in this peaceful paradise.
