The house was built using structural foundations of reinforced concrete walls 28 cm thick, trimmed over the entire surface with 10 cm natural Rodeno stone, carved by hand, which gives the house an image of fundamental, solidity and reliability.
These Courtyards are located in a space that allows air flows to convey from the green massif located next to the house the fresh air of nature, the smell of pines and birdsong.
