Here are all the resources you need to consider when WWPC are managing your property.
If your property is freehold you will have no problems renting your property with WWPC. However if your property is leasehold, written consent is needed from the owner of the lease.
Is payable by the owner of the property until a tenant moves in. From then on it is the tenant's responsibility.
The payer is subject to contract, usually it's the tenant unless otherwise specified.
A full inventory is recommended. This includes photos and descriptions of all fittings, furnishing and decor.
Building insurance must be taken out on the property, and public liability insurance is highly recommended.
