Here is the process undertaken when buying a property with WWPC

We are available to conduct viewings 7 days a week, at the discretion of the homeowner. Links to arrange a viewing are available on the property's page. Alternatively, navigate to our arrange a viewing page to arrange a viewing.
A solicitor is required when purchasing a property. You can use your own or a WWPC recommended solicitor. We are happy for you to use either.
A memorandum of sale is sent from the agent confirming the agreed purchasing price and the chosen solicitor's details.
A valuation is conducted of the home and mortgage to see if you are paying an appropriate amount for your property. This is conducted alongside the home buyer report, used to produce an in depth report into the condition of the property.
Searches are made by your solicitor, for the vendor's solicitor. Draft documentation is sent, along with contracts and deeds to the purchasing solicitor.
Once all parties are satisfied, the contract is signed and sent back. The purchaser's solicitor clears funds ready to exchange.
The exchange begins when the solicitor signs the contract. At this point local authority searches commence, a mortgage offer is made and money is deposited. A completion date is then set and contracts are exchanged.
Deposited funds are transferred, the property is now yours
